Shahana Samiullah oversees SCE’s Customer Insights and Measurement & Evaluation group that is responsible for designing and implementing market research and evaluation studies of SCE’s programs and services that measure customer experience and needs as well as efficiency and effectiveness of SCE’s portfolio of offerings. In her 23 years of extensive evaluation planning, management, and implementation experience, Samiullah has helped to develop methods of evaluating programs and understand incorporation of evaluation findings into program designs.
